I'm trying to test the multisig and when trying to send $LUNA anywhere from the multisig. I get a transaction error. insufficient fees; got: 2333uluna required: 3111uluna: insufficient fee I have plenty of $LUNA in the MultiSig to cover transaction costs.

When using the voting function, proposals cannot be listed and the network request reports an error: codespace sdk code 29: invalid type: can't convert a gov/v1 Proposal to gov/v1beta1 Proposal when amount of proposal messages not exactly one
