A request concerning the offline validators.

You suggest that for a better decentralization we spread our corners on several validators.

I have two points that I would like to share with you.

1 / to put an alarm system for the delegators when a validator is off line

2 / propose a minimum and maximum limit for validators on a corner.

Example 2a: No more than 1 million coins on a validator. And from this amount the delegator must choose another validator who has not reached the limit.

Same for the minimum, in order to be a validator.

3/ Propose a daily or weekly automation of the restacking of the rewards.

4/ Propose a percentage of transaction fees for Kepler. In order to cover your maintenance and improvement costs of the wallet.

5 / Offer a blocking system for sending to the wrong addresses.
