Sort IBC destination chains alphabetically.

When adding an IBC transfer channel, the destination chains are not alphabetically ordered and it is hard to find the right chain.

Yes. This! and perhaps a little search bar so that when you type in a a few letters it will list the right chain staring with those letters..
