Current issue observed only with Nubit Alpha Testnet chain and none of mentioned steps help to fix it.

Go to Settings > General > Add/Remove Non-Native Chains and delete the chain from Keplr Extension. See if the issue is fixed. If it persists please follow the error guideline provided in the page you've attached. If it still persists then leave a comment here please!
