impossible to swap Rowan token

token Rowan (also called eRowan) on Sifchain mainnet.
IMPOSSIBLE to convert (or swap) this token to another one.
I have tried on kpler extension browser and mobile version ( and even with leap wallet) but although there was the message transaction successful", the swap failed. I don't know if it's a problem due to a lack of liquidity or if there is another one on Sifchain main net. Can you help me please or tell me more about that ?
another question : is it normal that there is a difference with the display of balance between the mobile version and the computer version (browser extension and dashboard) : indeed, I don't have the same amount displayed on my smartphone and my PC. is there a way to fix that please ?

I think its probably due to lack of liquidity.
For the second issue, could you clarify if the "balances" means Rowan balances or the total balances?

It seems that my amount of Rowans appears on the on the Kpler extension and the mobile version but not in the Kpler dashboard on my browser. there is also a difference between the visibility of the mobile version and PC's extension version : although i tried to "manage Chain Visibility" in the same way, the extension version shows more tokens than th emobile version.
